Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is not just a social reality at Riverty. We see it as an opportunity and key to our company's success. Because everything that makes us different from one another - whether origin, age, gender, sexual orientation and gender identity, mental and physical abilities, religious beliefs or world view - becomes unimportant when people pursue a common goal. What's more, diversity awakens potential, reveals different perspectives, creates new solutions to challenges and allows us to recognize and learn new things.

That's why it's a natural part of our work to ensure a working atmosphere that demonstrates diversity, tolerance, openness and respect for all colleagues.

In 2019, we signed the Diversity Charter for Germany and have regularly taken part in the German Diversity Day campaigns ever since. Since 20219 resp. 2021, we have also been a proud signatory of the Estonian Diversity Charter and the Diversity Charter in Austria.

We also achieved a top ranking in the PRIDE Index 2021 and 2022 and received the renowned Max Spohr Prize 2022 from the Völklinger Kreis for our LGBTIQ+ commitment.
